Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
Flat shipping rate: $10

Local Delivery
We offer local delivery to Taylor County Primary Center, Intermediate School, and Middle School.

Free local delivery is available for all orders to these schools.

In-Store Pickup
Skip the shipping fees with free in-store pickup.

After placing your order and selecting the local pickup option at checkout, your order will be ready within 7 to 14 business days.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.

Order Status
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you have not received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at shinebrightcoky@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
